Service 03 Continuity

Technical stability for the platforms you depend on.

A working platform is not the same as a stable one. Continuity replaces single-engineer dependency, reactive fixes, and undocumented knowledge with a structured stability layer your leadership can trust.

What stability looks like

Illustrative. Live monitoring, thresholds, and the event log are configured per platform during onboarding.

The gap

Your platform is running today. But can you answer these?

If you are not sure, that is exactly the gap Continuity closes.

A complete stability layer

Continuity has three parts: a technical audit, an ongoing support retainer, and optional live support.

01 Technical Audit

A clear picture of the platform you own.

A targeted review that captures critical knowledge, identifies risks, and gives leadership a clear picture of the platform they own. The audit includes up to three knowledge-transfer sessions with your current or outgoing engineer.
The audit is required before a new Continuity retainer begins. It is also available as a standalone engagement.

02 Platform Stability Retainer

Fit

Continuity is for you if…

What Continuity is not
Continuity is not a help desk, ad-hoc ticket queue, platform rebuild, infrastructure migration, or penetration test.

It is a structured stability layer for organizations that need their platform to remain reliable after launch.
